Parish Cantors

The Parish Cantors are a select ministry whose primary role is to lead the congregation in song.  Cantors also serve as section leaders in the Parish Choir.  Secondarily, Parish Cantors are also members of the contemporary ensemble, “Soul Expression”, singing at special liturgies, and concerts throughout the Northwest.  Parish Cantors are selected from the Parish Choir as positions become available – experience as a vocal soloist, as well as skills in vocal leadership are necessary for this ministry.  Parish Cantors sing at scheduled liturgies 12 months per year.
